Directions
From New York State Thruway

• Take exit 18 off of New York State Thruway

• Turn LEFT at traffic signal after toll booth on Main Street/Route 299

• At the foot of the bridge, make a LEFT onto Water Street

• Turn LEFT in to the parking lot marked by two flagpoles, and pull in as far
  as you can go so you are parked on the upper level of the market.

• Walk on to the deck and look for the sign that says Professional Offices
  with the Bodymind Massage sign nearby.

• Enter the Professional Offices hallway and you will find us easily - we are the last door on the left.

• If there is a massage in session, there will be a sign on the door that tells you what time I will be available.
